Doug and Kristin,

Thank you for doing a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen. My kitchen is now one of my favorite rooms in my house.
You were both very helpful and patient through the entire process. Thank you for making nmy first remodeling experience a positive one.

Thanks again,

Dear Doug,

Thanks again for a beautiful job performed in a most professional manner. I could not be more pleased and I will certainly recommend you to others.

Thank you,

“In all my years investing in residential construction projects I have never met a builder who really treated a project as if it was your own home. Thank you.”

(Who had us remodel a kitchen for their home, referred us to their son to remodel their master bathroom, referred us to their neighbor to remodel their master bath, then hired us to finish new construction on a two-storey duplex.)

To Whom it May Concern:

Doug Hamilton did extensive work for me this past two months. He removed an replaced ceramic tile on the wall, prepared the wall for wallpapering, laid floor tile in one bathroom, and linoleum in the other, installed a vanity cabinet, pedestal lavatory, two medicine cabinets with light bars, and two commodes. All of his work was superb. He isn't satisfied unless everything is done perfectly.

Doug always kept his word and came when he promised he would. This is an outstanding trait that many people do not seem to have these days. If I ever need more work done I will certainly contact him and I have told all my friends about his workmanship and dependability.

To Whom it May Concern:

I was going to write a thank you letter to Doug Hamilton of Hamilton Kitchens, but it dawned on me that a letter of reccomendation would be the better step, a step that would allow any potential customer to know what I experienced as a result of hiring him to do my cabinets.

Being that he is an independent contractor, and a one-man band, you have to keep in mind that he values your potential business, and will do his best to fit you into his schedule He knew exactly when the cabinets were due, and he scheduled me in without delay. He has a real "can do" attitude and exuded a confidence in his ability to do the exact job I was requiring. He was easy to talk with and saw immediately what we were looking to accomplish.

It just so happened that the cabinets were coming in when we were out of town, during Christmas. I had no problem trusting him with my house key and he explained to me that while we were gone, he would be working on the kitchen.

We just drove over 10 hours, were exhausted and tired, when we walked into the kitchen and my mouth kitchen was finished, gorgeous, and most of all clean. It was as if there had been no workers in my home at all! I was so astonished and filled with gratefullness as to how they had treated my home. My heart still fills with joy at the thought. What a Christmas gift!

I can't say enough about Doug and the way he does business. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the manner in which he treated my home; it was as if it was his own.

You can't go wrong by hiring Doug. And the joy you will feel after he finishes the job will last a lifetime...okay, maybe as long as you own your home! Everyday is Christmas for me when I walk into my kitchen. Thanks Doug!

A very happy homeowner
